Return window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in their original condition — unused, unmodified, and in original packaging where applicable.
Eligible returns
The following items are eligible for return:
- Items that arrived defective or damaged
- Items that do not match the product description
- Unopened items returned within 30 days (change of mind)
Non-returnable items
- Items that have been modified, soldered, or otherwise altered
- Software or digital licenses (if applicable)
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Items returned after the 30-day window
How to initiate a return
To start a return, email us at support@vektorinstruments.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
- Photos if the item is damaged or defective
We will respond within 1 business day with return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.
Refund processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process the refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Defective or incorrect items
If you received a defective item or we made an error in your order, we will cover all return shipping costs and send a replacement or full refund at no additional charge to you.
Exchange policy
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
