Processing times
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
- In Stock items: Dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmed payment.
- On Demand items: Sourced and dispatched within 5–7 business days. You will receive a shipping notification when your order leaves our warehouse.

Free shipping threshold
Orders within the European Union over €150 (after any discounts) qualify for free standard shipping. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.
Tracking
All shipments include tracking. A tracking number will be sent to your email address once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after dispatch.
Customs and import duties
For deliveries outside the European Union (UK, US, CA), customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your local regulations. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping rates. We recommend checking your local customs authority for applicable rates before ordering.
Damaged or lost shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@vektorinstruments.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will resolve it promptly.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unused condition with original packaging. To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order number. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective or damaged.
